Judge Patricia Wald, formerly Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, will join the final panel of the 2010 National Security Law Moot Court competition. Judge Wald has extensive experience in national security and international law issues, most recently as a member of the Iraq Intelligence Commission and as a judge on the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. She is also an emeritus council member of the American Law Institute.Judge Wald attended Yale Law School and clerked for Judge Jerome Frank of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
