This is the FINAL CALL for registration in the competition. The deadline to register is November 15th for what is surely to be another great competition.
Here is a sneak peak of this year's exciting problem:
Since the attacks of September 11, 2001, the U.S. government has implemented several new programs purported to aid in securing the United States from future terrorist attacks. Many of these programs have been subject to debate and some have even been criticized in terms of their usefulness and legality.
If interested in how the above debate, state secrets, constitutional law and national security law intersect, then join us for the 2011 Harold H. Greene and Joyce Hens Green National Security Law Moot Court Competition hosted by The George Washington University Law School on President's Day Weekend 2011.
- Compete against 26 other teams from national law schools at GW Law
- Argue before a panel of judges chosen from the CIA, FBI, and National Security Counsel
- The final arguments will likely be broadcast on C-SPAN
The deadline to register is November 15th.
Please e-mail nslmootcourt@gmail.com with any questions regarding registration or the competition. Thank you.
